All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not offer returns for change of mind, sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@beliefisdoubt.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review and assist. Claims submitted after 10 days may not be considered.

EXCHANGES

Exchange eligibility varies by product and release and is subject to stock availability. If exchanges are offered for your item, instructions will be provided by email after you contact support@beliefisdoubt.com.

RETURN CONDITION (WHEN ACCEPTED)

If a return or exchange is approved, items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags and packaging. Items showing wear may be refused.

REFUSED DELIVERIES / RETURN TO SENDER

Refused deliveries or return-to-sender shipments may incur carrier fees and are not treated as a return.

LOST, STOLEN, OR CARRIER ISSUES

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipping or after being marked delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier first to file a report or locate your package. If you need supporting details from us, email support@beliefisdoubt.com.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.

EU / EEA & UK CUSTOMERS (14-DAY WITHDRAWAL)

If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer protection rules. To request a return, contact support@beliefisdoubt.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
