CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed.

TRANSIT ESTIMATES (AFTER SHIPPING)

UNITED STATES: 3–5 business days
INTERNATIONAL: 5–8 business days (destination dependent; EU is generally faster)


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be charged import fees by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Please review your details at checkout. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship.


LOST, STOLEN, OR CARRIER-DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery. If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim or report. If you need supporting details from us, email support@beliefisdoubt.com.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@beliefisdoubt.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
