TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM ON OUR CONTACT US PAGE. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE ITEM. CLAIMS MADE AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEM. WE REQUIRE THAT YOU SUBMIT PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE OR DEFECT VIA EMAIL WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY TO EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND DETERMINE THE NEXT STEPS. ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER THIS 10-DAY PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

 

LOST PACKAGES

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN SHIPPED. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU CONTACT USPS OR YOUR LOCAL CARRIER TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE OR FILE A LOST PACKAGE REPORT. INCORRECT ADDRESS

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS THAT FAIL TO DELIVER DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. IF YOU NEED TO MAKE AN ADDRESS CHANGE, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. CHANGES CAN BE MADE AS LONG AS THE ORDER HAS NOT YET SHIPPED.
