REFUND OR EXCHANGE CLAIMS MADE (60) DAYS AFTER ITEM IS RECEIVED WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM, SO THAT WE CAN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT. ALL DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER (30) DAYS UPON RECEPTION WILL BE CONSIDERED FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER.
LOST PACKAGES
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. THE CUSTOMER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY WHEN PURCHASING. PLEASE CONTACT USPS OR YOUR LOCAL CARRIER TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE AND/OR FILE A LOST PACKAGE REPORT.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT ADDRESSES. ADDRESS CHANGES CAN BE MADE IF THE ORDER HAS NOT YET BEEN SHIPPED. IF AN ITEM FAILS TO DELIVER DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, THE BUYER WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FEES FOR THE ITEM TO BE RESHIPPED.
